Before anything else, we would like to sincerely apologize if our product did not meet your expectations. At Zarfume, we follow the Sunnah and are committed to your satisfaction. That’s why we accept returns and exchanges in a fair and transparent manner.

Key Guidelines

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

• Perfume bottles should have at least 90% of the product remaining.

• Applicable only for: 100ML & 50ML perfume bottles and Roll-ons.

• Not eligible for return/exchange: Waxes, Candles, Body Mist, Car Fresheners, Air Fresheners, Mystery Fragrances, Twisters, Decant Organizers, Sample Pouches, and 5ML Spray Testers.

• Processing may take 5–6 working days after we receive your return request.

Important Notes

• This policy is only for online purchases.

• If the cellophane wrap, tester, or perfume box is missing — or if the box is damaged more than how it was delivered — a small charge may apply.

• For perfumes:

  • If used up to 10%, a small fee applies.

  • If usage is more than 10%, the return is not eligible.

  • If the use is negligible, no fee will apply.
